As an accredited Executive Coach and Personal Coach, I specialise in helping people communicate more effectively in the workplace.

Innovation thrives on collaboration. But even the most brilliant minds can sometimes struggle to articulate their ideas to a broad audience. That’s where coaching comes in – I help people bridge the gap between technical expertise and influence. This often demands working at a deeper level, challenging limiting beliefs and building confidence, as well as transforming skills and behaviours.

Who I Work With

My clients include technical and academic professionals, industry-leading corporates in engineering, financial services, higher education and e-commerce, start-ups and SMEs. I have worked extensively with both public and private sector organisations. I coach both in-person and virtually via MS Teams and Zoom.

What I Bring

I combine a strong commercial background and senior management experience with the ability to deliver measurable improvements in communication, collaboration and leadership. With over 10 years experience in coaching and training, I draw on a wealth of real-world industry experience across a wide range of sectors.

I am also a writer and performer in community film, theatre, dance and music projects, including Forum Theatre at the Brighton Fringe. I bring this spirit of creative collaboration, confidence-building and storytelling to my coaching.

I hold an MBA (Manchester Business School) and a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching. As an accredited member of the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), I uphold the ICF Code of Ethics.
