I don’t coach from a textbook. My work is grounded in real commercial experience, business strategy and more than 15 years of helping technical minds explain complex ideas clearly.
Before building my advisory practice, I worked in fast-paced commercial environments, managing multi-million-pound budgets, leading teams and navigating corporate change. I know what it is like to sit in high-stakes meetings, balance competing demands and deliver under pressure.
