A high-impact programme for leaders who need to command attention, build trust and align people behind a clear direction.
At senior level, communication is not simply about presenting information. It is about setting direction, creating confidence and making complex ideas feel decisive, relevant and worth acting on.
When leaders communicate with precision and presence, decisions move faster. Stakeholders listen more closely. Teams understand what matters and why it matters now.
This practical, highly focused workshop helps senior managers, emerging leaders and leadership teams translate strategy into communication that carries authority. Participants strengthen their presence, sharpen their message and leave with tools they can use immediately in high-stakes conversations.
Designed for senior and emerging leaders
- Senior leaders, department heads and directors who want to speak with greater presence, lead key meetings well and move people to action.
- Newly appointed managers and team leads moving into wider leadership roles and learning how to adapt their style for different people and situations.
- Technical specialists and subject matter experts stepping into strategic roles where expertise needs to be matched with confident, accessible communication.
- Leadership teams across corporate, public, private and voluntary sectors looking for a shared way to communicate with clarity, honesty and appropriate assertiveness.
What delegates will learn
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Communicate with authority: Distil complex ideas into clear, persuasive messages that hold attention and prompt action.
- Refine your leadership style: Identify the habits that strengthen or weaken your influence, then adapt your approach without losing authenticity.
- Lead difficult conversations with control: Use assertive communication techniques, including the six levels of assertiveness, to stay clear, composed and constructive under pressure.
- Strengthen executive presence: Use voice, posture, language and intention to project calm authority when the stakes are high.
- Frame strategy through story: Turn priorities, change messages and strategic choices into narratives people can understand, remember and support.
- Sustain performance beyond the room: Replace unhelpful self-criticism with a practical development plan for continued growth.

Executive and strategic add-ons (optional)
1. Post-workshop 1-on-1 executive coaching
Group training creates a shared language and foundation. For leaders handling high-stakes presentations, sensitive conversations or visible strategic roles, one-to-one executive coaching provides sharper feedback and more personalised development.
2. Strategic away-day facilitation
For leadership teams facing major decisions, complex priorities or moments of change, independent facilitation can create the structure, pace and challenge needed for a more productive strategic conversation.
